As our products include fresh and smoked meats, sausages, and other food items that must be stored chilled, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once dispatched for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns (if exceptionally approved) are at the customer’s expense, and the goods must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund.
If a parcel is not collected at the time of delivery or is refused without valid reason, Smokey Yard Ltd is not responsible for issuing a refund, as the shipment was properly dispatched and delivered in accordance with the carrier’s terms.
