Traditional dry smoked sausage made according to time-honoured family recipes and cold-smoked using beechwood and cherry wood. Produced without chemical additives, gluten, or allergens, making it suitable for people with coeliac disease.
This dry smoked sausage is ready to eat and ideal for cold dishes such as charcuterie boards, sandwiches, or appetisers. Due to its intense flavour and firm texture, it is not recommended for cooking.
