Freshly smoked homemade sausage prepared according to traditional family recipes and cold-smoked using beechwood and cherry wood. Produced without chemical additives, gluten, or allergens, making it suitable for people with coeliac disease.
Freshly smoked sausage is an excellent ingredient for traditional cabbage soup, but it is also suitable for cooking and grilling. It can also be further air-dried to develop a more intense flavour and firmer texture, making it perfect for a variety of speciality dishes.
