Let us take you back to where it all began. Growing up in a small Slovak town, I, Jan, was immersed in the gentle rhythms of nature and the vibrant chaos of farm life. With deep agricultural roots, my family instilled in me a profound respect for animals and their well-being from an early age. It was under the guidance of my father, a visionary butcher, that I discovered the secrets of premium meat. Alongside my grandparents, I honed my skills in crafting homemade sausages during traditional pig slaughters, a cherished custom in Slovakia. These experiences not only fuelled my passion for quality meat but also solidified my dedication to preserving this rich heritage.

Meanwhile, in Budapest, Csaba’s love for sausages was blossoming. From a young age, he was rarely seen without a sausage in hand, a testament to his family’s butchery legacy. Throughout his life, Csaba sought out the finest sausages, sampling every flavour and style he could find. Yet, despite his explorations, he always felt that something essential was missing—the perfect taste that met his high standards. When fate reunited us after many years, we immediately recognized that our shared passion for butchery was meant to be pursued together. After countless experiments, we finally created our version of the perfect sausage, and from that, our business was born
